I have a 3 month old. Get the shopping delivered; absolute life saver.

I promise you it will all pass! Once you hit 6 months things will get DRASTICALLY better. And every month after that is easier. I would 100% recommend sticking with feeding him after naps even though it doesn't make sense. I gave up on it with my first and sleep was always on and off but with my second I stuck to the sleep, eat, play and it is amazing! And gentle sleep training works a charm. Letting him stir a bit and giving up 5 or so minutes to resettle so that he learns to do that on his own throughout the night. Life before they turn 4ish months is HARD. I feel you girl. You're doing great! ❤️❤️❤️

the vlog i wish i could of watched when my boy was ansens age! from 3 months i agree is probably the hardest time and not many people share how demanding and mentally draining it can be! good on you for taking some time out!

Have totally 1000% been in the same position of spending my entire days trying to get my baby to nap and stay asleep! I sleep trained both my babies and it was the best thing I ever did for all of us!
